A well-established residential builder is seeking a driven Sales Estimator to join their high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent cost management skills, and experience in medium-density and custom home projects. The Role: Prepare accurate BOQs, take-offs & estimates for medium-density developments and bespoke custom homes Analyse architectural plans & specifications to ensure cost-effective solutions Liaise with suppliers, trades & internal teams for pricing & procurement Ensure budgets align with project timelines & client expectations Identify and resolve potential cost or buildability issues before construction begins About You: ✔️ Experience as an Estimator in medium-density and/or custom home construction ✔️ Strong knowledge of construction costs, materials & supplier networks ✔️ Proficient in estimating software & Excel ✔️ High attention to detail & problem-solving ability ✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills Why Join This Builder?
